Using Clarity responsibly.

These terms apply to Clarity, operated by Boden Vrooman. Contact: teamclarity.app.support@gmail.com. By using Clarity, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and let us know about unauthorized access. You remain responsible for content and activity in your account.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Clarity and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to deliver the features you request. Only upload or record content you have the right to use. Get the permissions required before recording other people, including in classes or meetings. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade security or usage limits.

AI and important decisions

AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Review summaries, dates, tasks, and proposed changes. Clarity is a productivity tool, not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Check important information with an appropriate professional or reliable source.

Beta availability and charges

Clarity is currently in beta. Features, availability, and usage limits may change, and service interruptions or data loss are possible. Keep copies of information you need. Any future paid plan will show its price and applicable terms before purchase; these terms do not enroll you in a subscription.

Ending use

You can stop using Clarity and delete your account. We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these terms. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

Responsibility and changes

Clarity is provided as available, subject to rights and protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights. We will update this page when terms change and give additional notice when required. Contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it.
